Where to get long streets

Tutorials, help and frequently asked questions.

When looking at the trade part of the forum, I see a lot of people offering streets around the $7M scale, presumably because they have the money to buy even larger streets. My point is: how do you find these long streets? Do you simply keep on scrolling, do you make a local copy of the OpenStreetMap database and fire a query to that or do try every state road there is? What is the best technique to find the street you want at your current budget?

There are many ways, obviously.

You may try here, for example: http://monopolystreetfinder.blogspot.co ... 00000.html

A nice previously unmentioned way to get semi-long streets (just under 2M): view the market section of MarketPoly. When you are interested in longer streets (and have more money) you can just go to the main page of MarketPoly and start bidding.

And another way! Follow MarketPoly on twitter and get the link to an available street with a value between 4M and 5M.
