I had $7,000,000 from Colonial road in Brooklyn, but I had really built it up.

Country road, nice and straight run of just over 10kms. Can't remember what I bought it for, but with a few houses, it's netting quite a massive amount each day.

Current value: 8,157,000
Rent value: 16,170,000

All properties right up to the Underground Megaplex, return a profit from day one. The Monopoly Tower will return a profit in 4.4 days.

A really nice find (for me anyway!) and I haven't even filled in a third of the street yet.

I'll be receiving about 5 billion at Rent Time today . . .

Yeah, Multi-accounts to get a little leg up to 22m and then found a couple very lucrative streets and filled em up with the money from the first day's rent.

What the hell? My rental for the properties above was no-where near what it was meant to be. Now when I look at my street card, the rental is way longer and the return for each building is way lower too.

What's going on? Anyone else have rental prices changing on them?
