Problem with chance cards

I only get a few chance cards after I recieve rents at 12a.m. After around 5, I don't get any more for the rest of the day no matter how much I build. Anybody have a solution or the same problem? It's been happening for around a week now.

I think now there is a limit of 10 chance cards per day.
Other day I build about 150 buildings and I only got 6 or 7 chance cards. So I believe what it is happening to you is happen to all players

I have trouble with cards too:

My friends gets 1-2 Cards per day (They start playing with me). I playing 2days and i haven't got anyone card. Why? Im unlucky or it's Bug? Whats rules are to get it?

You must buy a houses and after buying a 10 or 20 you get cards
