The strategy of an alliance appeals to me, but as a n00b I'm very disappointed with what this is getting me.

Alliance is very good idea, but many people that started playing the game before and joined, has left.
Therefor you can still ask for help, and if u will help other players that ask for help, the alliance has sense.

I have this psycho KINGOFTHEROAD99 who is also using multiple accounts (GSW3, REPO MAN, JACKSTACKS, MRYUCK) to continuously attack my streets which are now all sabotaged. I have not provoked this person so was somewhat puzzled as to why I'm being attacked on a daily basis until I saw his postings in numerous forums challenging everyone to a fight... How do I get this vandal off my back?? All I want to do is have my last few days of the game in peace??? CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!!
