This would help with the servers, and also ensure that there is no advantage to people in certain parts of the world.
The original starting time just happened to be convenient for people in the USA.
Plenty of people in other parts of the world would be working or asleep...
Australia should be switched on when it's evening in Australia.
I think it would be unfair.. If they want to buy street his own street in NY f.e., then someone get before him from asia if he gets earlier..
Or maybe there should be something to prevent buying streets from places where it is not activated yet..
You misunderstand me. Countries should be switched on for buying at prime time for that country. Anyone can buy japan when it's switched on, but it will be at a convenient time for them.
Rent needs to be dispersed prime time for where your home city is based.
Anything that reduces the load on the servers and helps people to play the game at a convenient time for them is a must. This is a worldwide game.
You shouldn't be able to own the same street twice. If you sell it, you can never buy it back - that helps identify the cheaters...
I'm not convinced that this game is actually workable.
Once every street is purchased, there isn't much to do.
You can build on it.
You can't demolish buildings and replace them with bigger ones as you'll have no chance cards.
You can't remove hazards as you'll have no chance cards.
You'll have money piling up, but not much opportunity to do anything.
The only way to get chance cards is to build things, but that'll all get built pretty quickly.
The world should be completely built out within 30 days.
Then gridlock.
